We set up your BLS account
Spain requires a registered BLS account before anything can be booked. We create it and keep the credentials with your file.
We complete the Annex A form
Spain uses its own Annex A declaration alongside the Schengen form. Both need to be right before BLS will accept the file.
We book and pay online
Spain takes the consular and service fees online at the point of booking, so the appointment is not confirmed until they clear.
We build the document file
Cover letter, financial evidence, flight reservation, hotel booking, insurance and itinerary, assembled the way the consulate reads them.
You attend BLS and give biometrics
You hand over the file and give fingerprints. Bring the passport with two blank pages, which BLS checks at the counter.
The consulate decides, we track it
BLS forwards the file to the Spanish Consulate, which makes the decision. We follow it until your passport is back.

Spain Visa Document Requirements

Personal Documents
Every Spain applicant needs these, whatever your nationality.
- Passport valid for at least 3 months beyond your return date, with two blank pages
- Two recent passport photos, 35mm x 45mm, on a white background
- Emirates ID, copies of both sides
- Copy of your UAE residence visa
- Completed Schengen application form, which we fill in for you
Financial Documents
The embassy needs to see that you can pay for the trip yourself, and that you have solid reasons to come back to the UAE.
- Three months of bank statements, stamped by your bank
- Salary certificate on company letterhead showing your role and salary
- No Objection Certificate from your employer confirming your leave is approved
- Payslips for the last three months if you are employed
- Trade licence copy if you run your own business
- Audited accounts or tax returns if you are self-employed
Travel Documents
These show the embassy a trip that is actually planned. You will need a flight reservation and a hotel booking; we tell you exactly what format the embassy expects.

What Spain Asks For Specifically
Spain runs a different centre and a different form from every other Schengen destination here.
- A registered BLS International account, which the appointment is booked under
- The Annex A declaration, in addition to the standard Schengen application form
- Consular and service fees paid online at booking. Spain does not take them at the counter
- A passport with at least two blank pages and three months validity beyond your return
- Emirates ID copied front and back, plus your UAE residence visa page
- Indian nationals: at least six months of UAE residency, an employment contract or trade licence, and copies of previous Schengen visas
