Passport valid for at least 3 months beyond your return date, with two blank pages
Two recent passport photos, 35mm x 45mm, on a white background
Emirates ID, copies of both sides
Copy of your UAE residence visa
Completed Schengen application form, which we fill in for you

Financial Documents

The embassy needs to see that you can pay for the trip yourself, and that you have solid reasons to come back to the UAE.

Three months of bank statements, stamped by your bank
Salary certificate on company letterhead showing your role and salary
No Objection Certificate from your employer confirming your leave is approved
Payslips for the last three months if you are employed
Trade licence copy if you run your own business
Audited accounts or tax returns if you are self-employed

Travel Documents

These show the embassy a trip that is actually planned. You will need a flight reservation and a hotel booking; we tell you exactly what format the embassy expects.

At the VFS counter on the day of your appointment, by cash or card. Italy does not collect the consular or service fee online when you book, which catches out applicants who assumed the booking covered it. We tell you the exact amount to bring.

No earlier than six months before your travel date. Applying sooner means the file is refused at the counter rather than assessed. Four to six weeks ahead is the practical window, which leaves room if the consulate asks for more documents.

Only if you have not given them for a Schengen visa in the last five years. Fingerprints are stored in the Visa Information System and reused across all Schengen states, so most repeat applicants skip that part of the appointment entirely.

Yes, and it is a large part of what we do. We start from the refusal notice, work out which of the stated grounds actually applies, and rebuild the file to answer it. Reapplying with the same documents and hoping for a different officer is the common mistake.

The consular and VFS fees you paid at the counter are not refundable, because the consulate sets that rule rather than us. Our fee covers the work of preparing and filing your application, and no provider can guarantee the decision. Every Schengen refusal comes with a written notice and a right to appeal or remonstrate with the consulate. If that route is open we prepare the appeal for you. Whatever the route, you get a written analysis of the refusal grounds and the specific changes the next file has to make.
