- VisaWadi provides visa application assistance for UAE residents. This covers document review, file preparation, cover letters and financial summaries, appointment booking at visa centres, and support until the embassy reaches a decision. Where a package includes a flight reservation, hotel booking, travel insurance or an itinerary, those documents are arranged on your behalf from the providers that issue them. VisaWadi is not the issuer or the insurer of record, and does not sell any of them as a standalone product. Flight reservations are issued by Dummy Ticket 365, never by VisaWadi.
- Our services are intended for legitimate use only. Misuse for fraudulent or illegal purposes is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
- These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, users, and customers of VisaWadi.
Use of Services
- By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
- You agree to use our services only for lawful and legitimate purposes.
- Any flight or hotel reservation your application needs must come from the provider that issues it. We will review what you supply, but we do not issue it and we are not the seller of it.
- VisaWadi reserves the right to refuse service to users engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.
Payments & Refund Policy
- All payments must be made through the secure payment options provided on our website.
- All payments are non-refundable except in cases of system failure or when the service is not delivered as described.
- If you experience any issue, you must contact us within 24 hours of purchase for review.
User Responsibilities

- VisaWadi is not responsible for consequences arising from incorrect or incomplete user information.
- You agree not to submit forged, altered or fraudulent documents. We will refuse to file any application we believe contains them.
