Personal Documents

These are mandatory for every Schengen applicant regardless of nationality or destination country.

  • Valid passport (minimum 3 months validity beyond travel date, at least 2 blank pages)
  • Two recent passport-sized photos (white background, 35mm × 45mm)
  • Emirates ID — front and back copy
  • UAE Residence Visa copy
  • Completed Schengen visa application form (we prepare this)
Financial Documents

Embassies must be satisfied that you can fund your trip independently and have strong reasons to return to the UAE.

  • Bank statements for the last 3 months (bank-stamped original)
  • Salary certificate on company letterhead confirming position and salary
  • No Objection Certificate (NOC) from employer confirming approved leave
  • Last 3 months payslips (if employed)
  • Trade licence copy (if self-employed)
  • Audited accounts or tax returns (if self-employed)
Travel Documents

Required for all applicants to demonstrate a confirmed travel plan. You will need a flight reservation and a hotel booking; we tell you exactly what format the embassy expects.

The recurring causes are a photo at the wrong dimensions, bank statements that do not line up with the declared funds, and a missing or out of date employer letter. Standard processing is 15 calendar days from your VFS appointment date. That is set by the embassy, not by us, so no package makes the decision come back faster. What the packages change is how quickly your file is ready to submit: 1 to 3 business days on Concierge, 3 to 4 on Basic and Standard. Expect longer waits over July and August, Christmas and the Eid holidays, when embassies are busiest.

Yes. All Schengen embassies and VFS centres accept flight reservations (also called itineraries or dummy tickets) that are verifiable on the airline's system. What matters is that the reservation holds a real booking reference the embassy can look up on the airline's website. Your package includes the flight reservation, so we book it in the format your embassy expects and hand it over ready to submit.
A standard Schengen visa allows free movement across all 29 Schengen member states during its validity period. You apply through the embassy of your main destination (the country where you spend the most nights). If your itinerary is equally split, apply through your first port of entry.
Embassy and VFS fees are non-refundable for everyone, through any provider, because the embassy sets that rule rather than us. Our fee covers the work of preparing and filing your application, and no provider can guarantee the decision. Every Schengen refusal comes with a written notice and a right to appeal or remonstrate with the consulate. If that route is open we prepare the appeal for you. Whatever the route, you get a written analysis of the refusal grounds and the specific changes the next file has to make.
